This is the basic bones of 4-hour fuel formula, but made with hypoallergenic rice protein - ready for you to add your own unique flavor twist. The simplest protein to assimilate if you have any issues with your gut. We've also added the amino lysine to make it a complete protein. So you can indulge in your addiction to "Grape Kool-aid", "Pickle juice", "Mocha" or even "birthday cake". Just add a flavoring packet (enough for a bike bottle) and then 1.25 cups of 4HF and you are good to go.
